All water heater replacements performed by Rogue Valley Water Heater Pros include a one-year workmanship warranty covering labor and installation-related components.
- Manufacturer Warranty:
Your water heater is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for the tank and parts. Warranty length and coverage vary by brand and model and are provided directly by the manufacturer.
- Workmanship Warranty:
We warranty our installation workmanship for one (1) year from the date of installation. This covers installation-related issues directly tied to the water heater replacement.
- What’s Not Covered:
This workmanship warranty does not cover manufacturer defects, normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, lack of required maintenance, water quality issues, or problems unrelated to the water heater installation.
- Maintenance Requirement (Tankless Units):
All tankless water heaters require annual professional maintenance to maintain manufacturer warranty coverage. Failure to perform required maintenance may void the manufacturer’s warranty.
If a warranty-related issue arises, we’ll work directly with you and the manufacturer to help resolve it quickly and professionally
